I know there usually aren't many questions here, but I've got one. You guys always seem to be very positive and helpful and have helped me a lot, and I should post in highseddit, but I think this subreddit could help me more here.

So, I overthink everything, even women and non-women related things. I think it's the main thing holding me back in many things, namely seduction. How do I just clear my mind? And tips?
