Since you'll already know people, meeting more shouldn't be hard. That said take care not to game too many chicks because parties are typically smaller than clubs and the like. Others will disagree but that's my view.

Once you're talking and getting on well I really like just going for a walk. Is there a park close by? Use it! Isolate. "I'm going for a walk, can you hold this for me?" (Extend hand) Change it up for the location and circumstance. Take a bottle of wine or something, add your own touch.

Just have fun and don't get too drunk. ;)

You can always introduce yourself the old fashioned way. Also just for fun I like to always ask "if you could be any animal, what would you be?" From this you can always tease them about their answer pointing out which animal can have it for breakfast or something. It gets a conversation going (it also helps if you know some animal facts, women like it when you are passionate about something). Ask them to be your beer pong partner or something which can also make it easier to escalate kino in many ways (touching their back as they prepare for a shot, high fiving or hugging when you win, you can also tease them a bit here too if they mess up, etc.) You get the idea. Relax and be the life of the party.
