Biggest thing to do is actually watch your food intake. Make sure with all the things you do eat, have a bit more focus on foods that don’t effect your hormones. That will promote healthier body composition including nails and reduce releasing smelly sweat. There is also medicine you can consume that will help reduce the harsh bodily smell. Would have to get back to you on what I saw, but if you google or look on Amazon for bad body odor cleansers or something of that sort it’s worth a try. Once I cleared my diet and avoided fast food and switched to all natural deodorants and soaps I got a lot more compliments and felt healthier overall.

If I were you I’d do manicures. First time I did manicures, pedicures, facial and all that jazz, I was like “no wonder women love this, even being taken care of by another person alone makes you feel good.”

I’d get some insoles for your boots, the ones that prevent stink they’re sold everywhere. But if you’re overweight (I know people got body odor or stinky feet easily) losing some weight definitely helps and gives more benefits too.

I use a mail brush but it doesn’t get all especially where the nail meats the cuticle where I also get these corners.

Psssst .... try an electric sonic toothbrush and toothpaste on them.

Can't you get some good gloves that snug fit and let you machine things? I'm sure this is a dual safety measure as well

I don't know if you have this option with your work boots maybe not, but I struggeld with smelly feet in my early years and then I learned that shoes which are leather on the inside basically completely remove this issue, so since then I've only bought shoes that are leather on the inside and it has been fine.
