If the conversations are always boring it's probably on you. Are you asking personal questions and sharing personal stories? You have to open up and create an interesting conversation.

Have you taken off your mask when you say you're interested in a girl? What I mean is a lot of people put up a front when they first get to know one another. They're not exactly comfortable per say, they just need to trust you more to open up personal info.

Either your questions suck, or you're beginning to realize that not every woman that you're going to be able to seduce is going to be intellectually or emotionally compatible with you.

Be authentic. If a topic bores you to tears, what's stopping you from saying so right then and there? Best case scenario, you hop right onto another topic that both of you enjoy. Worst case scenario, you realize that you have nothing in common and stop wasting each others time.

Well, modify what you learn here to probe for girls you're actually interested in. Most of what is in this sub is mainly to achieve one thing, and it's 'get the girl.' what you want to do once you get her is a different story. Mix in more of you want to talk about, probe for qualities you actually like about her and if you feel she doesn't "click" with you, then jump ship (unless you also want to fuck her).

Use this knowledge to get what you want.

I feel ya. After a while of it, I found myself not only chasing a woman and sex but chasing an intellectual conversation. I would ask those deep questions that interest me but I would just get the "ok" "cool" I don't know" responses. The usual conversation killer lines. Conversation is just like tennis, you need a partner who can actually hit the ball back to you and when they do you have the ability to hit it right back.

Not everyone is comfortable with opening up a deep conversation. Some girls take a few dates to really open up. Others can open up within minutes. It's nothing on you, just walk away. Who cares if she's hot, just walk away. Looks only last so long. And when women see you walk away from a hot woman, they find a whole new respect for you. Looks are great and all but its brains that matter most to me. When you find a woman you can have that deep emotional conversation with, it's just as good as sex in my mind.

Currently, this is also my exact sticking point. I've been dealing with this for my last 3 or 4 lays. Whereas game used to be so fucking fun and crazy, I've become very apathetic. The girls I'm sleeping with are brain dead when it comes to topics that actually interest me. And I feel like my brain is a blob rolling around on cruise control after escalation starts and especially after sex.

To a point I don't mind it because it's helping to deeply instill the mindset that fucking girls off cold-approach is in fact possible. It's also giving me more sexual reference experiences, which is nice.

I'm going to try toning down the banter after sex and forcing a more chill vibe. Perhaps with some vulnerability and some serious intellectual pressure I can force women out of their "act like a dumbass" frame.

There's also the argument that banter should be limited in the first place and that a connection made via vulnerability is imperative before sex. This style sounds nice but I have a hard time accepting that it would be super effective in American culture. Mark Manson swears by this but I'm killing it with teasing and being cocky-funny.

And who knows, it could just be a phase or an indicator that I should chill out for a while and get a girlfriend.

Why are you calling this boring if you don't know how to have deep, emotionally charged conversations?

Here's my theory, you aren't getting to the root of things she says, you just relate, and cut the thread, there's so much more possibility, in some threads like childhood or travel, you could talk all day, or a passion of theirs.

One of the biggest concepts of game is amusing yourself. Now that's limited to a narrower spectrum during daygame, but the onus is still on you. You don't just want to get to know her, you want her to get to know you. Amuse yourself.

TL;DR: Boring conversation is your fault.

I guess my ultimate question is, why are my conversations shallow? What I've learned on this sub has actually guided me toward what I would consider "shallow" conversation, so why does it seem like I'm doing things "wrong" now?

The saying goes something like

"If you always smell shit, maybe you should look under your shoes"
