Coffee shops, in the elevator, dark alleys late at night...

There are literally girls everywhere. Sometimes picking up in locations where they aren't expecting it is better - they don't have their bitch shields up knowing that tons of guys will be coming up to them

Based on experience, these are the locations that guarantee women's receptiveness toward being picked up. Ranked by effectivity:

clubs/bars
speed dating events
school events
coffee places
art galleries

And Many More. See the pattern? The places are where people go outside of their usual social routine and there is a reason why will they go to that particular place. Of course, women are everywhere but I am just outlining the locations where people are open to communication and bonding.

EDIT: Oh the clubs. They're noisy and reek of smoke. The more reason to practice eye game, kino and non-verbal communication.

At the gym. There are all shapes and sizes of girls so you should be able to get the workout you want. Use smaller girls for curls and the bigger ones for more compound lifts like squatz/deads.

Libraries, nerd girls are the largest untapped resource in the world and you will have exactly zero competition at a library, she also won't be expecting to be hit on.

Better idea, places to put the pua routine away and not try to pick anyone up.

At your job (that's just asking for a sexual harassment suit or at best uncomfortable working conditions.)

At their job (nobody wants to be hit on while they're working, especially because they probably get hit on all the time while they're working.)

In a hospital or at a funeral (that's not to say grieving women aren't easy enough, but I have a conscience)

Pretty much other than that, strike up a conversation and take it from there. I recommend against anywhere that puts you in a disadvantageous situation through (nightclubs and bars where they have their guard up for example.)
