Whenever she tells you something, even something basic, dig further to find out their emotions, character traits and motivations. For example the girl says she moves to a new country a couple years ago. Ask if it was exciting/nerve wracking. Ask what made her want to move. Do a cold read and say, you must be adventurous. All of these take your interaction to a deeper level.

quinntuplets is correct. You want to ask a few basic questions, then build upon her answers. You must listen to what she says back to you. You want to try and get to the "why" she does the things she does.
For example: If a girl says she "came from a small town in Ohio to go to school here in a big city", Don't ask her "What is your major..."
Listen to what she just said about relocating. A great question would be "wow, was it hard to go from a small town to a big city..." or something like that.
Try to get her to explain her feelings, her motivations, her accomplishments. Say things like, "thats so cool to be able to make such a bold move like that".
Find out why did she decide she wanted to come to a big city? Is she outgoing, likes adventure, or just wanted a big challenge...maybe she hates small town life...
...or you could just ask her what her major is... :)

Are you even sure you're creating attraction with these girls? You sure they're in to you? Make sure you do what you can to get them into you

I like to use the acronym FORD. Family-Occupation-Recreation-Dreams four topics people love to talk about.
You must remember that building comfort is slower then building attraction and if you having trouble, moving her somewhere quiet and slowing it down and just talking to her may help you.
Comfort building is letting her give you reasons to like her. it's like qualifying her at a slower pace. Stop talking and listen to her. a little validation goes a long way ;)

We all have rapport with all, don’t forget it! We’re all humans for starter!! Do you show a genuine interest in the person? Like if I’m really interested in a girl and she tells me she just moved here, I wanna know MORE, like the reason why she moved, where she comes from, why she chose that place, and on, and on.
Now, building rapport is a funny concept; what, 93% of what we say is not even stated with words. Yet, many of us will go “fishing for rapport” by talking, by trying to get the one thing you have in common with the person. Thing is, you can built rapport with posture, with movement, with breathing (that’s an easy one right there), with the tone, the emotions, etc. We all do that when we have a real, genuine interest in someone! You know the concept that when someone yawn, we all yawn? So the key here is to be aware, attentive of the person you are talking to and having a genuine interest. You can still give a “boost” to the subconscious rapport building by concept like Match and mirror or Pace and Lead thought. But this needs to be used rightfully. (IE: trying to understand someone)
