I never push through LMR. You should be teasing her to the point where she almost begs for it.

Progress physically (no words) until she physically or verbally stops you. If she physically stops you, back off, try again later.

If she verbally stops you, say anything along the lines of "Ok, we won't do anything you aren't comfortable with" and start to back off (try to back off MORE than she wants you to! Don't take what she's willing to give you...make her WANT more. If she wants to make out, ramp it down to cuddling. Tease her. Later, move forward again. If you have to ask for sex "should I get a condom?" more than twice, I would probably drop it. But you're gonna have to go with the vibe as it'll be different for each girl.

Bottom line. Never push through. Back off, tease, give them less than they want, make them want more.
