Instead of across from her. I feel like sitting across from her makes it a lot easier to communicate. The story is that I met her, had sex with her the next day, and now we have a date tomorrow. I want to sit next to her, but I feel like talking would be so awkward while we waited for the food to come. The last time I went on a date with another girl, I sat next to her first and she told me that it's awkward to talk and I should sit across from her (at this point we were already exclusively seeing each other though, so it may have been different.) Anyway, tomorrow on my date, I could sit next to her but how do I make the positioning not awkward? How do we make eye contact? Won't it hurt my neck turning to face her all the time? Or should we eat across from each other, then when we're done I should move next to her and get a bit intimate?
