So recently I started watching anime and it turns out I'm really fucking entertained by it (started with Steins;Gate then The Devil is a part-timer, and now watching Madoka Magica if anyones wondering). I didn't think myself as the type before but I actually kinda like it now. I know this is a really dumb question. But my question is that will this new hobby hurt my process in any way? I'm 19 and in my second year of college; I'm in the process of improving myself, approaching more, and becoming a high quality individual. I don't really have an issue with being seen as a nerd or a geek or being made fun of, my concern is about my process. Maybe being to invested in fictional characters and being engrossed in fantasy worlds is bad? I don't know. From what I've seen people who are into anime aren't usually super outgoing and social. I don't know.
