Hey guys.
For me, I always had a low self worth. As in, what do I have to offer these women? Why would she wanna be with me? She'll probably reject me, or bruch me off, and rightfully so. This had unfortunately been my underlying attitude. Like, these women are all looking down on me. As if I'm beneath them etc. Sad, but I'm just being honest.
We all met these types. A kind guys who never had a problem with girls. Those for whom rejection means nothing. And their underlying attitude seems to be: if she doesn't like me, then there's probably something wrong with her. No fear of escalation, and seemingly not an ounce of "I'm not good enough".
If that's you, or you're close to a person like that: where and how did you get that kind of demeanor? What makes you think you're good for this girl or that girl? What do you have to offer that 100 other guys don't? Why should she want to go with you?
I wish I had that attitude. Back in high school I hardly ever approached and never even thought of excalating. Like, why would she ever want ME. And throughout my 20's I self sabotaged numerous times. Somewhat came out of my shell at 30 - breaking through horrific anxiety and panic attacks. 34 now and in a dry spell, but had moderate success with girls in the past 4 years.
What's the secret? How did you get the "correct" attitude?
Thanks.
