If a girl you're into texts you something, then follows it up say ten or twenty minutes later before you've responded, is that a sign of investment on her part?

Edit: one personal example is a girl messaging me telling me in a jokey way that she didn't get anything done because we got too drunk together, then twenty minutes (before I responded) later sent me a voice note pretending to tell me off because I'm apparently a bad influence.
