So I'm starting to struggle a bit recently. I'm back in the game after a 4 year LTR, which was followed by exclusively dating one of the first girls I met up from Tinder (I know I know).

I'm in a mid-size city and am fairly new and building up a social circle. Fortunately I do know a few people here, but most of my hobbies aren't so great for meeting single girls (outdoor sports, playing open mics) easy to meet dudes though.

Unfortunately at my age the girls my age that are single aren't really ideal for me, and the slightly younger ones, I'm not sure how to meet them outside of OLD. I have good pics and would probably safely say above average, esp for my age. I have a good rate of success when I actually get girls out, but I'm getting flaked like crazy now..

What are guys 30 and up doing with success? I feel like I need to start approaching in real life, but that has always been a struggle. OLD and social circle is the only way Ive met people... :/

What are the best ideas for venues? Maybe breweries on a weeknight? Concerts? Health food stores? Community events? Just hearing that people are actually having success talking to girls in real life would be a big help motivating...
