I'm by no means a PUA, I'm 34 and spent most of my years after 20 in LTR's, spliced with a year or so in between where I was single and dating. In those in between years I was able to hook up with a pretty high amount of girls, sometimes dating multiple people at once, some FWB's, some one night stands. I'm back to being single after ending a 4 year relationship last summer and a multi month relationship last week.

What I'm trying to force back into my brain is... realize this is a slow process. What I mean is, some of the hottest girls I hooked up with were girls that went radio silence on me on dating apps or after 1st dates, that I randomly hit up weeks later and BAM, next thing you know we're making out on my couch.

Don't stare at your phone after sending a message or text. Do anything else. Be patient. Not everyone you matchwith or girl you talk to out at a bar will end up in your bed, but if your persistent, some will. The worse thing you can do is over focus on any one person. Or feel bad about yourself. This dating thing is a rollercoaster even for experienced good looking guys. We all get rejected, but when the chemistry is strong and the sex is good, it makes it all worth it.
