Just some background of me: I'm 20yo in college. I've been on and off this subreddit, reading few "guides" that I found the titles interesting. I know many of you will say "don't shit where you eat" or something along that line, but I had interest in my coworker.

So recently, I began to walk up to her (at the counter) when I'm on a break or not busy. I just put left arm on top of the counter (up about my chest), lean over a little bit (at this point, she's looking at me), and stare her eyes with a smile. She would stare back for few seconds before smiling, then I just say something about her clothes, hair, or makeup and go. And whenever I talk to her, her eyes lit up (I tried comparing how she looks while she talks to other coworkers but might just be my imagination).

Whenever I ask her to hangout to eat, drink coffee, or see a movie, she says she has class the whole day or already has a plan. I think can tell few IOI's when I see them but it seems like my coworker shows few of them and yet we only hang out once few months ago.

I don't know if I'm taking this wrong or I'm just horrible at picking time..
