Don't downvote opinions that you disagree with. Downvote shit that doesn't add to the discussion.

This thread has a lot of insight and a lot of comments that you may disagree with. That being said, it's not a popularity contest for opinions. There are plenty of shitty comments getting upvotes, yes and a lot of good ones being downvoted solely because you disagree with them.

What is popular isn't always right and what is right isn't always popular.
