If you, more or less, have the same traits, then there are a lot of men who would want a longterm relationship with you. Especially after 30. However, you probably also want the guy who's great with women? Someone who approaches you, leads, aren't "needy", desired by your girlsfriends, great in the sack, etc. right?

Unless you're exceptionally amazing, why should that guy settle for you. With those traits, he's also clearly a person who's used to jumping from woman to woman. Can he stop that? What when he sees someone just a bit more beautiful than you or gets tired with the same girl?

Logically, your best option might be to find a great man on a dating-site. A guy is shit at picking up and fucking nervous at the same time, but great in so many other ways. Those guys get rejected constantly because of that, but their "failure" is nothing genetic - nothing that can't be fixed. To a great extent, they're a result of him being taught nonsense, doing the "responsible" thing and then getting frustrated/nervous when he's constantly rejected for it. Show that guy some love and help build him up.

However, that's in contrast with your sexual drive so it might be a difficult thing to do.

Not actually providing anything useful with this comment (sorry) but I just realised exactly why women can't give decent advice to guys about dating or girls. I had every intention in answering your question but as soon as I tried to I realised I literally can't. You'd probably be better off asking women that date guys like that rather than the guys themselves

Well I'd commit if she was attractive (to me at least), smart and we have good chemistry and I can have a sense of who she is deep down like she isn't hiding anything. Because I don't want to be with someone I feel I can't connect with. We have a good time together and she seems trustworthy. Basic stuff really. Also she isn't crazy and very moody (that's a no no for me), I don't like useless stress and drama, but that's more of a personal criteria :) My first time posting here in this sub, although I've been familiar with the game a long time. Good luck. Btw it could also be ur targeting the wrong type of guy, one thats not right/good for u, some people make this mistake.

If he goes through hoops for you. i.e. It doesn't matter what it is. If he bends his rules to accomodate your needs he will commit.

The interesting psychology behind commitment is the person who gives more will more likely give more in the future.

This is borderline manipulative and its how I keep my girls in line, but basically the more they sacrifice to be with you, they more they will commit and the deeper your bond will be.

Just be sure to not play with them because it will be very painful for the person who commits a lot of emotional and material things to being with you and some people get overwhelmed by the power over a person that they turn into assholes and take them for granted.

Well obviously there's some guys that just wanna hookup but when you meet someone you don't have that instant sense of "wanting them long term". That takes time. For me to find a girl I want to settle down with she has to be entertaining, exciting and adventurous. You just have to be the girl that's worth more than just a lay to the guy.

Also you kinda do have to think of it as a numbers game. Every guy you meet won't have his shit together. When one doesn't, move on. Talk to as many guys you can because if you don't you'll never know if their ambitious and career oriented. Hope this helps a bit.

Attitude is the biggest thing for me as far as women I keep around. I LOVE "Girly girls" who have good, positive attitudes!

I went on a date with a supermodel's little sister and she was stunningly good-looking, but it turned out I couldn't stand being around her... she was always playing the victim, hates my dog, said my music "sounded like racism," always complaining, nothing good to say about anything. In my experience most girls who say this are attracted to players or "bad boys." They run into plenty of guys who want to commit, but they just don't like those guys. You may be different, however.

That said, here are the biggest mistakes women make:

Don't play games. If you like a guy and want him to commit, tell him. Just don't be creepy or weird about it.
Don't throw away your regular life for a guy. As a guy it sometimes becomes creepy when you realize your girlfriend/dating partner has no thrown all of her friends, hobbies and interests for you. Don't do that. Part of the thing that attracts guys to women are their interests and their independence.
Don't "fall in love" too quick. I say this because when a woman "falls in love" the guy doesn't think "oh she loves me" he thinks "she just wanted to fall in love and I was the first guy she 'caught'." Have some standards and make your man meet those standards.
Don't take no shit and have boundaries. This goes with don't fall in love too quick and don't lose your independence. If you feel like a guy is fucking with you or not treating you with full respect, cut him off immediately.
