This sounds like something building muscle or taking a martial art would help with. I'm not sure if/how many fights you've been in in the past but actually getting choked or punched might help you in a desensitization way.

Getting assaulted is the best case scenario. Press charges and they have you pay you a bunch of money. True passive income since you're hitting on girls anyway.

If they are clearly together and you ignore the other guy, that's a huge disrespect, and a conflict might arise. But if she's alone and the guy appears a few seconds later, nothing happens.
