Hello, once again, Seddit! I'm finally back, and I've been doing a bit of scouting around. I've found that places one would normally expect to find people my age (22, by the by) are crawling with the 30's-50's crowd. I go into a Starbucks nearby, and there's probably three people my age there, all guys. And the place is PACKED.

I know about Meetup.com, and when they have a reasonable event in my local Singles group, I'll gladly go, but for now, I need some tips on where to find people my age. My finals are coming up, so school isn't going to be the best place to find girls here very soon (I'll probably have 2 days MAX to really get a good approach there.) I'm truly clueless here. When even the Starbucks is filled with people old enough to be my parents, where do I turn?

I know some people are going to say 'clubs'. That's all well and good, but where might I find these clubs? I know this probably sounds pathetic, but I really can't help the social rut I've been in right this second. But being able to find people my age will help me.

So, for any redditors who have successfully picked up, hooked up, or even met up in the Suburbs, where do you go to find people to date, befriend, and hang out with?
