We've all been told that an Alpha female is a woman who is driven, hard working, demanding, challenging for any man, and comfortable in her own skin. She doesn't need a man, she simply wants a man who is her equal. She is also very much in touch with her masculinity.

However, more often than not I've seen a lot of similarities between the so called Alpha female... and chicks who are borderline narcs with huge egos. They are often egocentric and can become very bitchy when they don't get what they want from a man.

Someone clear this up for me please, haha.
