When people find you boring or uninteresting, it's almost never what you say, but how you're saying it and how you relate to people overall.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you're seeking approval/validation, AKA you're trying too hard to be liked. I'm guessing you aren't talking to women to share good emotions and have a great time, but rather, you're using women as a vehicle to feel good about yourself.

Talk about family and hobbies like it's important to you,make sure you're passionate about something but not trying to sell it. More like taking a out how you make music because you feel it's a great way to release energy and stress and how you enjoy time alone with your thoughts to be creative etc. It's not like you'll talk about this all the time it's just there's she knows you're into something and you make time for it. Family is important to most girls and women, you can joke around too. Just don't take it too seriously.

Speak about things you are passionate about and which are socially accepted (speaking about your WoW account might not get you as far as speaking about your passion for as example football or drawing). Then ask her what she is passionate about. That always creates a connection and if she isn't slighty interested then she is just the wrong person. You won't get along with anyone anyways.
