Okay so I liked a girl at my office, I never tried to approach her there as we were colleagues and things could go wrong, but I somehow managed make a good bond with her, when I left the company she added me on her socials saying she'll miss me as I was a good friend to her, we talked for 2 months until I told her about having a crush on her, she said she knew but she's not always right.

She said I'm willing to invest and get to know you more but I think very little time has passed simce we started a proper friendship bond so let's stay like this for a few months knowing each other better.

I asked her she can let me know if she doesn't wanna be in a relationship she said she's not saying it so let's just go with the flow, because I don't wanna ruin stuff by rushing into a relationship let's improve our bond because I'm loving how it's all flowing.

I agreed and talked 2-3 times after that to her and she was okay until she started replying very late even after a day, I stopped texting completely too.

My birthday was yesterday and she didn't even wish me, she was watching all the stories and stuff but she didn't even bother to wish me, I didn't ask or even text.

What should I do?
