It’s not the death sentence you think it is. Most guys use “I’m short” as their built-in excuse to stay passive, avoid rejection, and never sharpen the tools that actually win women over. Meanwhile, I’ve coached guys shorter than you who were drowning in women because they leaned into every other lever, style, charisma, social proof, confidence, sexual tension, while tall dudes were standing around like lampposts waiting for women to do the work. Height gives you a head start. Game makes you finish first.

At 160cm, you don’t compete on size, you compete on vibe. Walk into a room with sharp clothes that fit your frame, a smirk that says you don’t give a damn about anyone’s checklist, and energy that fills the space bigger than your body does. Women are not measuring you with a tape measure at the bar, they’re asking “do I feel something around this guy?” If you’re witty, playful, a little dangerous, and unapologetically masculine, she’ll forget she was ever worried about centimeters.

Also, flip the script. Stop acting like shortness is a handicap and start making it a feature. Tease women about needing you to reach the bottom shelf for them. Joke about being the perfect height to grab their hips on the dance floor. Turn what they might see as a disadvantage into something playful, confident, and uniquely yours. The moment you stop apologizing for your height is the moment women stop caring about it.

Finally, don’t chase validation from women who are hung up on stats. Not every girl is for you, and that’s fine. Your job is to polarize. Some will say “too short,” others will lean in harder because you’re the guy who owns himself without compromise. And the truth? Women sleep with men who make them feel alive, not just the ones who pass their dating-app filter. You want laid? Stop trying to measure up. Start making women feel something.

Also, I saw some research that suggested women are mostly attracted to lean mass. A taller guy is generally going to have more of that than a short guy. Indicates strength and his ability to be a protector. But, if you work out a bunch, you can pack on lean mass, and it'll actually look bigger on a shorter frame.

Also also, I go salsa dancing. It's a great way to meet women, learn an attractive skill, become more comfortable with physical contact, etc... Our instructor has an... Unfortunate face. He's also about 160 cm tall. But he's confident, friendly, funny and... he can dance! All the girls fancy him. Just sayin.

You don't have to be Floyd Mayweather but you can do everything in your power to have good skin, be funny, kind, wealthier and have interesting hobbies.

true that they prefer it but don’t let it shake you up im 175cm and ive been with 2 girs that were 190cm. But I do feel in your case it will be more difficult still shouldn’t give up its all mindset
