I (23) have been working in this pub in London for a couple of weeks now. Met this girl (19-20) who’s just rejoined the staff team after leaving for uni. I find her really hot and have chatted with her a couple of times.

Basically, is it worth me asking her out for a drink (or some other activity, open to suggestions), or should I keep things professional? If the former, how should I go about it? I wouldn’t feel especially awkward if she turned me down, but is it even worth the potential drama and what are my chances?
