So after a rough breakup/get back together/break up again, I've been having a hard time getting back into my groove as far as cold approaching goes and this stuff in general. I did wind up hooking up with this girl I know shortly after the breakup, but she later flaked on me a bunch (I wasn't being needy either, I think she started getting more serious with someone).

Anyway, I went out earlier this week, and couldn't approach anyone... barely able to talk to people I already knew. I went out tonight alone, and was able to have fun, dance, but still kept approaches to a minimum. And the few I did do, I was pretty awkward. Just imagine the scene from Dumb and Dumber (Big Gulps huh? Welp! See you later!)

I want to shake the rust off, because while I always had some approach anxiety, I was better at this than I am now. How can I speed this up and get back to where I was earlier this year when I was still single?
