So I'm one of those 'peaked early' types at present. Had a handful of girlfriends in my teenage years, some long term, got laid plenty, but I hit 19 and it all just came grinding to a halt. I smoked weed from age 16-23 every day (now age 24), I was a heavy smoker, I ate like shit, I was skinny but 0 muscle - so too skinny as it were.

In the past 12 months I've achieved the following:

•Quit weed,

•Quit cigarettes

•Started going to the gym 5-6 days a week, have routine etc

•Moved out of family home

•Gone out more

•Filtered myself less and expressed more confidence in myself.

And yet I still haven't met anyone, or even kissed a girl since 19 years of age. I recently tried to kiss a girl that I sort of accidentally ended up on what I wrongly assumed was a date - went out for dinner with a girl I work with, then had drinks, I made a move and the response I got was laughter followed by a 'what are you doing' as she continued to laugh - it was not what I expected to happen given we were lying on a hill watching the stars after a really awesome night together - of which there was lots of physicality throughout the night - but oh well, I didn't let it get me down too much, just focused on the fact that it had been the first time in a long time I'd had the confidence to make a move.

All that said, I find myself a bit frustrated that despite improving so many things about myself in the course of a year, it sometimes feels as though I haven't become any more attractive than I was when I treated myself like shit. I've built up a decent amount of muscle, I've been told I'm a decent looking guy, and that I have a lot more confidence than I used to, but still nothing.

Other than continuing to do what I've been doing, any specific advice that anyone out there would like to impart as to what I could possibly be doing better.
