Sober game and your experience with it?

It’s hard as fuck. Lots of the old real social dynamics stuff (which I think has been purged from YouTube unfortunately) was good for this. “Getting into state” as they call it. Tyler durden doesn’t drink so I can imagine he put a lot of effort into figuring this out.

What works for me is working out and doing cardio right before I go out. Call it Endorphins I guess but it makes me a little less anxious. Listen to some good music. Constantly remind myself that the point of this is to have fun. These are like sling shots next to the AK-47 that is alcohol but we use what we can.

It's hard as phuck but doable. It's all about taking action from the moment you step out of your house.

The moment you arrive to the pub you start talking to somebody in the line or sitting alone or whatever.

The key is to express your humor and be a bit more "out there".

I would also advise changing sets often when you are still not in the state because it's easy and comfortable to stick around with another guy for an 15 min+ but it doesn't give your brain the "proof" it needs that it's okay to approach people.

Your brain will get used to talking to THAT one set but still is afraid to approach others.

So.. start approaching straight away, lots of sets, 10-15 min max in one set - doesn't have to be girls, I often approach guys until you are in the zone!

Sober game is really harder than drunk game. It is way more challenging than drunk game but also way more rewarding if you suceed. I did not succeed during nightgame yet but mabye I will be lucky once.

It would be way more easier to drunk game because I am way more outgoing when drunk but my problem is am bit to outgoing then because my horny side shines through.

this horny side of mine could be interpreted as too needy by the women. So I just stick to one drink when I go out.

Being super horny when drunk might work for the best looking dudes out there but just normal looking guys like myself this might just look creepy.

I've done a lot of sober nightgaming since I don't drink and drive plus don't want to pay for Uber. It's easier when you're with a group of people because you can go off their energy/vibes.
