Something I noticed about myself: I need to speak more slowly.

I have noticed in myself and in many in-field PUA videos that PUA's often talk way too fast. The mark of a confident man is to speak slowly, as if his attention is a gift, not a drain, to others. Slow speech also sounds far less rehearsed. Remember: you are the catch, not them.
