What are some of the reasons you guys think girls flake on you are, besides not being interested, because a girl would not agree to kick it with you unless she had a healthy amount of it in person in the first place. Note I'm not talking about I'll let you know, or maybe, or the usual let you down easy response, I'm talking about, yeah let's kick it, okay, sure, yeah, text me!

So the last few dates I've set up in person all flake, they all emphatically agree in person, but either ignore texts or string me along, in which case I usually give them another chance and cut them off.

Anyways, I have a few theories, either the girls I'm getting numbers from aren't interested in me romantically/sexually, which is honestly kind of weird since they agreed in the first place. Also maybe their mood is changing, because something bad happened and they aren't feeling the date anymore; they want attention, in which case they're not the girls I'd really want to date anyways; they're afraid that I won't meet up with them, or they're playing hard to get and trying to net me for a provider role and leave room to chase.

A few ways I can think of to fix these problems

  • Girls not being into you that way, learn to read girls better. Only take numbers whom you had a great connection with and they're clearly attracted, and seem emotionally secure.
  • Mood changing, use callback to the conversation on the approach
  • Attention seeking, I read her wrong as a girl I'd want to ask out anyway, she's a little too emotionally insecure
  • Fear of rejection, meeting up with me might make her lose me as a provider of attention
  • For hard to get, or the newly revised impossible to get; just play the game back. Wait to answer texts, give her no more attention than she's giving you, flake on her before the meet, just next

Kind of filled in a few of the holes in the sticking point, but I'm looking to you guys for some more advice. Maybe I helped a few of you! :)
