Keeping your skills sharp during the winter?

So how do you all keep all of your technique, finesse, and expertise honed during the winter? When all these girls are inside with their boyfriends?

I'm finding it pretty hard to consistently find pretty girls where I live, it's very cold (e.g. <20F). There are girls in class or social circle, but I'm talking about cold approach.

Where are some places you can think of in the cold where girls are out and about? Every pretty girl needs to get food sometime, so there's the grocery stores. Black Friday, holiday shopping, malls should be packed. Any other ideas? Appreciate it. :)
