When you are alone and unmotivated. It's very hard to gain the courage to approach, so you usually end up approaching very few and end up losing the motivation to do it. It sucks being only person doing something so frowned upon by society and hanging out with people who don't take what you do seriously.

Human are social animals that are easily institutionalized. People will do ANYTHING when ordered by higher authority and seeing everyone else doing it, because it is shameful and embarrassing to the person if they are the only one not doing it. That's how the Nazi and Japanese empire got their soldiers to brutally massacre innocent women and children and do other fucked-up things. Thinking approaching girls 10 women a day is hard again?

This is why having a coach/mentor and a community is so important. Further, the energy, collaboration and competition they can push you even further. Stop doing alone, and start doing it together!
