We all know women have the worst time management skills and that most of them couldn't arrive to a date on time even if their life depended on it. Sometimes it's for a valid reason like an accident or traffic or whatever, but most of the time it's because they just left the house too late.

I know all of us have had to deal with arriving on time (as one should) and then having to twiddle our thumbs for 15m, 30m, 45m, or maybe even an hour more because she didn't know how to manage herself properly in order to arrive on time.

Some (like I) would argue that it's completely disrespectful on their part (especially since they get upset if you're the one who shows up late), but there's really not much you can do about it except accept it and do everything you can to mitigate it.

So here are some strategies you can make use of to ensure you always arrive at the same time as her for the date, even if she's running late:

1.) Never pick a location that's more than 30 mins away max from your place (ideally no more than 15 if possible)

Not only is this already a good idea since it makes it easier to pull at the end of the date, but it's important for mitigating tardiness too since it's a lot harder to prevent arriving too early when you live closeby.

2.) About 30 minutes before the scheduled date time, text her telling her to let you know when she's the amount of time it takes you to get to the location away

It sounds confusing so I'll give an example. Say you live 15 mins away from the spot. 30 mins before the date, text her telling her to let you know when she's 15 mins away. This way if she's late, it won't affect you because you'll still be chilling comfortably at home until she tells you she's the exact amount of time you need to get there.

3.) When sending her the location of the spot, don't just send the name of it. Send the Google Maps link as well as the actual address copied from Maps

You'd think the Maps link would be good enough, but I've been in more than one situation where the place I sent has more than one location and she just typed the name in Uber without checking the actual location of the spot so she ended up in a totally different place completely, wasting everyone's time. Adding the address prevents this.

Bonus tip: smoothly confirm the date plans by initially scheduling the date to 30 mins sooner than you actually want it, then a few hours before the date, be like "hey can we do 7:30 instead, I'm running a bit late".

If she was intending to flake or stand you up, she'll let you know either by giving you an excuse in that moment or by not responding at all, giving you a chance to make backup plans before it's too late.
