A lot of advice I've been seeing on here is coming from a lot of new guys. While it's great to see the more experienced guys helping them, I feel a good chunk of these guys aren't following up with their advice.

With that said, I feel a mentor/coach would benefit them WAY MORE as opposed to having them just read what's on here. I know this subreddit is supposed to just be for giving advice and having guys do it on their own, and yet I also feel that a mentor program would benefit both the coach and the newbie. Instead of coming on here and asking for advice constantly, they could get mentored from someone who's willing to guide them in the right direction.

What are your guys thoughts?
