Depending on the relationship, I'd send a poop or middle finger emoji, followed by a text with the phrase "meant to send that" or "right person." I would do that with a girl I knew was flirting and was sending me the texts you mention as a clear attempt to "shit test" me.

If you don't have a flirting relationship, you know she really didn't mean to send it, or you don't get any attraction vibe from her, I'd just respond with "sure" which is so ambiguous in its meaning that it will drive her crazy wondering what the hell you mean by it.

Sounds like some kind of shit test to me. - Accept exaggerate and laugh, ignore or misinterpret. Don't get emotional, pass it and move on with something different. That is all there is basicly.
