It's a well-worn phrase that 'you should ask a deer how to hunt.'
That means that women often have a fairly terrible understanding of what makes them tick, what they're actually attracted to.
In reality, this applies to all people.
Here's a quick tip to cut through the bullshit when talking to people.
Instead of asking what people 'would' do, ask them what they 'have done.'
If you ask a woman, 'would you date a narcissistic asshole,' virtually all will say no with some degree of confidence.
But change the question to, 'have you ever dated a narcissistic asshole.' Almost all say yes.
This can be applied to all sorts of things, not just dating.
'Would ever ingest something or do something that harms your body?'
'No!'
'Have you ever ingested or done something that harms your body.'
'....'
If your interested more in this general topic, I'd strongly recommend researching behavioral psychology, which is exclusively focused on what people actually do, not what they say or think.
