I know coaches and "gurus" are part and parcel of the seduction community, and that they use marketting.

However, when you strip away terminology, it is basically humans communicating with each other at the end of the day, no more, no less.

Anyway.... anyone who has been on these subs, has no doubt seen the "looks are all that matter" vs "you just need skill bro". There is an element of truth to both of these arguments.

One thing I think gets lost in these placesis that advice is often someone's solution to their own problem, not a universal instruction manual. I can say what I do and what works for me. However if another person tries it, it will have different results. Sure it might be looks, it might be vibe being given off. Who I am at this moment is the result of every choice I have made in life, which will be differnt to another person.

A lot of coaches and gurus market what worked for them, but the actual thing that changed their results might not have been the exact techniques they teach. It might have been gaining confidence, becoming more social, meeting more people, or simply taking action. But they need a product to sell... Where I do think coaches can be good, is if they actually help anxiety stricken guys to actually take action. My own personal belief is that that will solve most issues. Do guys really need a whole system, or do they just need to learn to chill out and accept that unexpected things may happen and they are capable of dealing with them.

Also a lot of people are starting from completely different places. One person might need to overcome approach anxiety. Another might need to improve their conversational skills. Another might already meet plenty of women but struggle with escalation or reading situations. If you are one of the latter, having someone chant "Looks matter", is not gonna help. My own issue, when I first got into this, was anxiety, and I was stumped when women approached me, if someone had said "All that matters is looks" or "Women make it easy", well that would of been worthless. Luckily for me, I got into these communities when guys actually helped each other.

This is why arguments like "looks are everything" versus "just learn game" become pointless. Both can be true depending on the person. Both can be totally useless.

And finally, there seems to be a Reddit thing of treating everything like it is some sort of "truth", the seduction community, has always been more like a bunch of guys sat around a campfire exchanging stories and notes. Take it and do what you wish with it.
