If you are flat out rejected during the day without her number, a simple "Have a nice day" with a smile and exit is fine.

If you have her number (from day game interaction) but she says no on the spot, she may be busy, ping her very soon (within a few hours) with a message that includes your name and something positive that happened in the interaction and ping her again the next day. She may have been genuinely busy that day.

The thing is you sound like you're phrasing it as a question:

ask her on a date

When it should be worded more like a statement: "Hey there's a cool party/function/something going on tonight, you should come."

If she says no, say "Alright cya!" or even "Maybe next time"

Depends on the no. If it is definite: "No", then say something like. "ah. That's a shame. Bye then." If possible open another set in her vicinity.

If it's a "mmm...no?". Just act like nothing has happened, and continue the convo. She might come around. Shy girls tend to say no alot, and needs to feel really comfortable before accepting.

Under NO circumstance must you show your disappointment. And DON'T bitch about it to her.

Act confident, cocky, and happy. Let her know that she is missing out and you are awesome. Don't let her see that you are disappointed at all, you couldn't care less if she doesn't want to go on a date or give you her number as far as she needs to know. Or you could try joking about how much it hurts you, in a cocky and confident way, then move to the next topic or move on if you don't want to spend any more time on her.
