I honestly don't know if you can think yourself into being an alpha male. For me, the only thing that worked was doing muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu for 6ish years. Now girls tell me how "alpha" I am without me even meaning to be. It does a lot for your confidence to know you can kick most people in the rooms ass.

I agree with your overall point, but you must consider something: In the ignorance of one's previous life, the ordering into Betas and Alphas happened 'naturally'. That is, some people effortlessly become Alphas because of their natural abilities (good looks, genetic luck). And while you certainly can change your programming, it only has limited effects.

That said, it is still a very good idea to improve yourself.

Feels very black and white.

You play video games? Great you are wasting your time and being beta.

You matubate? Great you are wasting your time and being beta.

Most of these points are telling you, be confident or be beta. That is great and all, but it doesn't actually help you become the better version of yourself any man and woman can be. This feels more or less like a describtion of the advantages and disadvanges of two extreme mindsets. You can be beta male and be happy.
