Why not try and reverse it a bit and say "Why would you say that" but in a playful tone...she's probably saying that becuase she likes you...or it could be becuase she's jealous of here friend and/or her chances at getting attention...give her attention and that will disarm her. Obviously this may need some 'editing'.

Sarcasm is a great thing to use. I'd probably say something like

"Pff yeah, (sarcastic tone and brushing a chip off my shoulder) I'm just a regular bad boy"

Accept it, but with heavy sarcasm and a smile and they'd laugh.

Try responding with a quick jab back like "Yea, wait till you see me at the end of the night" and wink.

Or beforehand, come up with a DHV story to follow that up. "Yea, I once beat the crap out of a guy at a bar yelling at his gf. Ended up getting thrown out, but I got her number later."

Desirable amongst women, good guy values, etc.
