Thoughts on being labelled as a player?

Women like to feel special, if they believe that you are a player in their mind you go chasing all women (reading some of the posts here, it might be true), and therefore they don't feel special and there's no magic moment.

Even for a ONS, a woman wants to feel special and the occasion has a touch of magic af if things just happened.

I'm in a big, tight circle of girls and guys who havent really ventured far dating wise. I think your answer would be different depending who was asking it. To guys, I joke that they're just jealous (if i've been having recent success) or call them out on not trying (if unsucessful). To girls, consider it a shit test, amplify it jokingly. But on this I've said something like "oh I just crush a lot". For most tests this would be bad, you don't wanna try to soften to appease, but this can show intention. Look at her with your sexy face when you do it.

Yes, they are all madly jealous, brimmed to the top with envy and losing countless hours of sleep as they let youth and beauty fade away from the time spent on how they can strike back with revenge.

But seriously, who cares as to why... no one knows for sure wither it's either a defense mechanism, envy (as you worded it already), or what not. If told you talk to too many women explain how we as people don't have much time on this planet and instead of going to a female, one by one, you're more then likely able to find what you're looking for by going 2 at a time or 3 at a time.

I hate being labeled a player. In my group of primarily male friends, I'm the one that gets with the most women (I'm into PUA lifestyle, they are not). They sometimes tease/praise me by saying what a player I am. But it always is said with just a hint of jealousy. I just usually smirk and laugh it off -- hasn't that hip-hop music you kids listen to these days taught us that it is good to be a player?

The word "player" has negative connotations. It certainly has that connection with someone who "plays" with women's hearts and breaks them. That's totally not what I'm about, and that's why I don't like being called a player.

I love women. I love to interact with them, experience sexual chemistry with them, dance with them, smell them. I love the excitement in life that comes from attracting and connecting with them. You know, like having the sex and stuff. And I love doing this with a lot of different women. Every one of my lovers has been special. I do my best to be up front about what I want (to have fun) with all my lovers. Yeah, I've broken a few hearts along the way. I feel shitty about that sometimes. But hearts usually get broken when they come into my bed with expectations of monagomy I can't give them. It does happen. The game is full of emotional risks, and this is a big one.

I prefer the term "man-slut" instead of player. I consider slut to be a sex-positive word. We sluts are taking the word "slut" back. We like to have sex with lots of different people, and we are proud! Everybody needs lovin'.

So, it can be good if you have a reputation as a man-slut among the ladies. They will definitely be curious if you are as good a lover as they say you are. And they will not expect a commitment. They see that you are friendly and respectful to your current and former lovers. You live in an exciting, sex-abundant, sex-positive world and they would love to be a part of it.

My AFC friends are indeed jealous when they call me a player. (And believe you me, I have tried to get them to embrace PUA style.) Do you have friends like these calling you a player? They wish they could do it too, but they haven't tried. Or they don't want to take the time to understand all the details of theory besides "be confident."

I don't think mankind will ever be able to understand women's logic.

As my username implies, recently I have looked back at my life, and I have realized that life turn out better results for me what I do the opposite of what is generally regarded as common sense. I do that in business, life, and with women.

So about 10 days ago I was at a party and I met this cute HB8.5, she's extremely pretty and petite, think of her like a blonde Eva Longoria, a real turn on for me that I am tall. I was at the party with a friend and at one point I was in a small circle of people (Blonde Eva Longoria was there as well) when the host asks me: So who's your date tonight? Indicating my friend.

She's not a date I answer, We're just friends.

To which the host half jokingly replies You're such a player and moves on to entertain other guests. I escuse myself and leave to get myself a drink. At the bar I see Blonde Eva Longoria and I start talking to her about the usual nonsense like Great party... nice place... to which she responds to me with So, you're a player? I look at her, and in a flash of genius I say: No more, I used to play basketball in High School... but no more. to which she starts laughing almost hysterical.

No, no, you know what I mean... a "player"

Fine, I confess I say I used to be a player, I used to date... go out with a lot of women, you know, for no other reason than.. "going out", but after years and a few dozen women too many I had a dead serious tone it got really tired, everything was shallow, and not only I never got to know anyone deep inside, but they never got to know the real me, I was always putting on a shop... probably to protect myself from getting hurt or something (I am paraphrasing here, but I pull out some crap like that).

At this point she says So that you know, I am married

I've gone out with married women as well, not proud of it, not ashamed either I reply.

So I guess you can take the player out of the game, but you can't take the game out of the player she says is that how it works?

I started laughing hard, real real hard.

To make a long story short, I have a lunch date with her in about an hour or so, and we have talked about 50 shades of Grey and how before being married she dated someone with whom she experimented light bondage and she's been fantasizing about it ever since and yet being ashamed of it, and how happy she is that it is now somewhat mainstream. And her husband is not interested in kinky sex and how she's been fantasizing about a tall, dark and handsome man seducing her and ....

I know some of you frown upon picking up married women (http://youtu.be/P1C5dtE0s9k), the point is... I have no idea what women think, and what their logic is, surely they pull the shit tests quite often, and there's never a right or wring answer, at times something that is commonly thought of as bad is indeed good, and vice versa.

Attitude/confidence might have played a part, so does the fact that I have gotten pretty good at reading and attracting women, I talk with everyone and anyone all the time, just for the same of having a good time and a good talk (see my post http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/ufzvf/planting_1000_seeds_a_bit_long_i_know/ ) and it becomes a process of natural selection, at times I find miself more attracted to certain women than others, at times they are also attracted to me, at times they are not.

All in all I am always trying to be myself, to improve myself (Modern Confident Male) and to have a good time.

TL;DR: ~~told~~ confessed to a HB8.5 I was a former 'player' and still got a hot date
