No, never remind a girl that you got ignored by her. Just move on from that, and talk about something else, something humorous.
Getting ignored isn’t humorous so no amount of laughing emojis will make it humorous.
Also, if you want a girl to laugh, don’t send laughing emojis. Laughing emojis are try hard attempts at lightening up the mood which end up being counterproductive.
It’s the equivalent of a laugh track in a bad comedy tv show, where the laugh tracks are used to let people know when to laugh because otherwise nobody would laugh with all the bad unfunny jokes.
So, don’t bring up that she ignored you, talk about something else.
