Everyone's gonna tell you no selfies, no mirror pics, have some attractive friends but not too many, and look like you're having fun/candid.

In reality I don't think it matters that much. Just use a pic of yourself that's flattering, able to be seen clearly, and possibly a ~~conservation~~ conversation starter.

You can get your profile rated at the Tinder sub as someone else's already pointed out.

Thing with Tinder is, your pictures should have good quality, less edits as possible (no filters!), good lighting, and you should be looking your best. Get some references on male model photo shoots. Heck, even hire a photographer for a few bucks so you can use them all over your social media if that's so important to you.

Then I recommend you buy Boosts. Seriously. I'm not advertising for Tinder here, it's just that you'll get at least twice as many matches. At least that's my experience.

Good quality photos where your face is clearly visible - no hats, sunglasses, fuzzy group shots, motorcycle helmets etc. However cool a photo is, don't let it get in the way of the main purpose, which is letting someone know what you look like.
