I live in a foreign country, which provides me with some unique problems. The culture makes it so that meeting people spontaneously on the street is nearly unheard of, so I'm pretty much limited to night game in bars -- at least with locals. I do speak the language fairly well, and I do have some experience picking up local girls that don't speak English, but it's obviously much harder.

As for other foreigners, the community is growing but still small. The biggest problem is that new people only tend to show up every six months, so there's not much opportunity for meeting new people aside from these "new people" periods. Most of the girls I know right now I've known for several months at least, which I feel decreases my chances quite significantly.

The most success I have picking up girls is usually when I go out of town to larger cities, but then I have the problem of not being able to follow up on any of the girls until the next weekend at the soonest.

Any ideas?
