It's touchy. You need to work on the one you don't like so she is friendly and doesn't cockblock, but you cant go so hard that the girl you are interested in goes , "well fine, I won't compete," or where the roadblock gets angry when you switch attention, "guys always end up flirting with her over me!"

Don't kino too hard with the one you aren't interested in.

First of all you need to always assume the threesome is a very attainable possibility. I always egg them on to be sexual with each other first and let them do all the work of turning each other on. Its really fucking easy actually. Saying stuff like whos the better kisser or playing games like the question game can really set the right tone.
