I think I've met more girls on the streets, and by streets I mean actual streets with sidewalks and roads and shit, than bars or night clubs.

Where is the best place to meet girls? Literally any place with people. Sure it's easier to approach girls at parties, bars, or other social gatherings but it does not mean meeting girls anywhere else is impossible or even difficult. If you see a girl you like in a mall, coffee shop, street, etc and she doesn't appear to be in a hurry then approach her!

Edit: Unless you are extremely fit and handsome, meeting girls online is really difficult. I'm not a solid 10 so I stay my ass offline. Get off, it just hurts your self-esteem like it did to me.
