What I have done twice in the past was dare or shot. You either do a dare within the guidelines you set before the game or you take a shot. The guidelines are usually forgotten after a while.

I like to play the game 'I've never...'. You sit around the table and the first player starts to fill in the sentence 'I've never..' Ex. I've never had sex in a car, I've never fantasized about someone at this table, etc.' Each of the players who has done that thing already takes a shot. (including the player who said the sentence if they have done that already too). Then the next player fills in and so on.. It's fun because you get to know all of the players extremely fast. I suggest playing it after some drinks because everyone has loosened up a bit by then. Have fun.

Truth or dare is the shit. What I usually do is make it guys vs girls. So if someone doesn't do a dare then either the girls run around with no shirts on, or the guys run in just boxers.

I start off light like "Do you have any tattoos, if so how many?". Most girls have non visible tats so a few turns later I dare the girl to show me her tat (last time I tried the girl showed me a visible one until my next turn when I was specific). Regardless if she shows it to you or not, you get to see boobs.

Afterwards she'll prolly dare you to do something wild. You can do it if you want, personally I start stripping.
