Not in a sexual sense, but in an emotional one. It sounds narcissistic, and it may well be. But if you have problems loving yourself a little narcissism may not be so bad.
So how would you go about seducing yourself? Not what would you do to get some, but to genuinely fall in love? I don't have an answer for you, but i do for me. Here's what I found:
1) Gifts don't work. They make me happy for a while and then I am back to normal, though the video game I bought was fun.
2) I don't like spending too much time with myself, and when I do, sometimes doing nothing is cool. I still take myself out on dates (do something fun by myself intentionally), but I don't want to 24/7. Also I get more of a thrill from the novelty of the activity than the price.
3) Trying to logically convince myself I love me doesn't work, even though sometimes I can say things in a certain way that kind of helps me see why it is a good idea to love me.
4) I am most in love with myself when I am taking action towards realizing my dreams. My seduction is complete every time I utilize the traits I admire in myself the most.
So, why do this? I found out a lot about myself. I actually succeeded in my seduction, too, which resulted in a boost to my inner game. And also, I accidentally realized I can use these realizations to pick up on women. It isn't exactly the same, but there are some bits of info there that transcend gender. Reread 1-4 and see if you agree.
I know it is crazy, but if the whole inner game confuses you try this and see if it helps. Crazier things have worked...
