It means you are strong enough to be vulnerable, as the fallout from vulnerability does not damage your sense of worth, because you are so strong.

If you can be vulnerable it also means that you're strong. Mentally. Vulnerable means being okay with all your traits, insecurities; you're okay with saying what you think, you aren't trying to hide anything from anyone.

It's like having nudes on your phone and not fearing/minding if someone that checks your phone out sees them ;)

Vulnerability creates attraction because we all love honest people. Vulnerable people don't hide their attraction towards anybody, hence why it "creates" attraction.

This applies great to when you meet a girl you like a lot that you really want a relationship with.

A lot of people (due to being hurt in the past) avoid being vulnerable and try to protect themselves from getting hurt/disapointment.

This is BULLSHIT, you have to go into it with all of your heart - make yourself vulnerable and in a position where you could get very badly hurt. That's the only way you'll enter into a great relationship. In being strong, it means accepting reality if it doesn't go right and moving on to the next girl instead of wallowing in self pity.

Vulnerable: Being Vulnerable means that you can be hurt. Just that. When you realize that going out and trying to speak with women will put you in a position of vulnerability (i.e. they can easily reject you and hurt your ego and confidence).

Strength: This means different things. In this context it means you are emotionally and mentally strong enough to overcome obstacles, challenges, and emotionally wounding events. For example, you go up to a girl, chat her up, but she rejects you. It's easy to get down and just slump over and lose confidence. However, a strong man will smile, be ok with happened and be mentally strong enough to know that just because she said no doesn't mean the next one will, and is emotionally strong enough to have the confidence to try again.

Vulnerability + Strength: This is basically going out, and putting yourself on the line to get "hurt" by rejection from girls you feel an attraction to - whether it be a physical attraction to a girl you just met to a romantic attraction to a girl you have seen for a few weeks or longer. As such, attraction can be built from seeing some is making themselves vulnerable, i.e. you giving a girl a chance to either stroke your ego or to give your ego a negative hit, and strong enough to seem not phased by a potential rejection. It's like a shit test. If you make yourself vulnerable by asking for her number, and she rejects your attempt to get her number, but she does it playfully like she doesn't know you well enough, then you need to show her you're strong enough to be ok with that and continue the conversation and slowly build more of a rapport with her. Showing her that you already value who you are and are not going to be meek and weak at the hint of resistance can be an attraction building experience.
