The way I look at it is, "do I want to play games to get women? Or do I want to be me to get women?" Might be a flawed way of looking at things, but it's how I view it.

I picked the latter, and it works well for me in pickup and life in general, so I advocate being direct. I've found that playing games tends to attract women who play games, and I'm not about that life bruh.

Theres one quote I really like from the guys at RSD. 'You are enough' which means that you already have enough in your personality to attract women. You have probably had moments in the past where you've connected with women, whether they were fleeting moments or not. What I'm trying to say is that you already have the answers to your 'game' but you just need to get out there and practice and you will see your own style and strengths unfold.

You do what ever works for you. You go out and practise, you find out which works better for you and you then progress from there. Trail and error.

I find that the games are ok at first but after a while you need to be direct. Otherwise they'll lose interest. Too direct can make certain woman feel threatened.

You have to let her know you want to fuck and or date.

At the same time you have to not be on her ass 24 7. You have to make her feel like if ahe fucks up you will kick her to the curb and find a new girl.

You need to be direct when you first approach. It sets the sexual frame right away that you are meeting her not as a friend.

You need push-pull, keep her guessing to keep attraction high. Don't reveal your intentions means that you don't reveal where you are heading with the relationship.

It's applied at different situation.

Stop reading and viewing conflicting material. Different methods might NOT be compatible but could work on their own.

My style: Push pull, being clear on your intentions, and being direct can work together. Push pull just means "mixed signals" and I've used it as a tease or to show that she is losing me...to make her qualify herself to me or stop me form rolling out. She says something wacky or doesn't comply and you start rolling back on one leg like you will leave....is an example. I open indirect playful but my game is direct. she knows my intentions. and yes...ill use a little push pull...sometimes to get a kiss (I tell her I'm not into her...while kinoing and strengthening eye contact) and she knows what is going on.

Being mysterious works in certain methods, it just isn't my style.

There are two styles of game direct and indirect. Indirect is old school and direct is new school. People generally consider direct to be better. You can still apply old school techniques like making a joke conspiracy and get close to her, or push pull, to direct game, but with direct you have to be clear in your Intenshions and stuff.

These two concepts are not in conflict.

Being direct is about making it clear that your interest in her is dating/intimate/sexual in nature. So in her mind, you're not a good candidate to be her safe/"gay" friend, etc. Also your directness conveys a confidence that has a fair chance of qualifying you in her mind as a viable candidate for "the type of guy who gets her hot."

But being direct isn't the same as being head over heels kamikaze committed. In other words, you're communicating that if you were to have a relationship, the relationship you'd be interested in would be of the dating/boning nature. That doesn't mean you can't think of anything but her just because she's cute.

Push/pull can mean a couple of different things. I personally don't pursue it in the strategic sense of "playing games", where I'm giving mixed messages, having mood swings, or being generally schizophrenic.

I use it more in the tactical sense of putting thoughts in her head that I don't have to own.

A classic example is, if you're afraid she might think you're too old for her, you tell her you prefer mature women with worldly experience. But as you talk about it, you make it clear you're just poking fun at her.

This breaks rapport for a second, making her defensive of her innate value in a relationship. And to make her defense she must minimize, in her mind, the difference and importance of your ages.

This state only lasts a second, and you're not a schizophrenic jerk, because you were clearly just joking about an obvious issue.

But that doesn't change the fact that her mind did go there. Of her own initiative she's made the argument that your age difference doesn't matter. And the breaking of rapport tends to make it stronger when it snaps back. When used like this, push/pull makes rapport snap back so fast that it doesn't seem like it ever broke, even though you get the benefit of having broken it.
