Hey seddit,

I have two questions.

I'm pretty good at conversation in a non-party setting. I'll talk about their interests, interesting things, movies, culture, their personality etc etc. It flows pretty well normally, and it's pretty interesting. My issue here is that I'm a very smart guy, and an interesting guy, so often I feel like I get "typecast" as the "interesting friend" as opposed to "guy I want to hook up with". I like interesting things and I can't change that about myself, but how could I change my conversation style to be more seductive rather than just purely interesting?

My bigger problem is what to talk about while flirting at a party. As I've said, my "go-to" conversation topics are things like movies, culture, other interesting things etc etc (I actually see these things cited a lot on seddit when people ask what to talk about, so I think I'm on the right track there for a date situation. Still, I'd want to change into being more seductive than just interesting). But in a party atmosphere (house party, frat party, clubs) it seems like these topics are obviously not what girls want to be talking about at the time. Here, i just draw a complete blank. What do you guys talk about!?

For example, I'm at a frat party, I see a cute girl and I go and say hi. I have the confidence, I'm decently good looking, and we're both between sort of drunk and drunk. She says hi, we introduce ourselves, she's initially smiling because I've approached with pretty good confidence. But now what do I say?! Should I just say what I normally say...? I mean, she's drunk, its a party, does she really want to talk about travel or culture right now...?

I have a problem both with transitioning out of the introduction (what to say right after hi I'm xxx), and what to say after that (for the entire flirting time -- this would be like an hours worth or more I'd think, so I'd need general ideas on what to talk about). Any advice you guys could give me would be great!
