What do you do if you're not funny?

A lot of seduction it seems is being funny.

I don't get that impression at all. There is one style called "cocky/funny" but it's not about making jokes all the time, it's more about having an attitude.

Actually, I spend more time advising guys on how to tone down the comedy. Some guys have "dancing monkey syndrome," they're desperate for approval so they try to entertain people and make them laugh. Meanwhile, they are forgetting to seduce the woman.

If you're not funny, don't try to be funny. Go with your strengths.

Funny isn't a MUST in the overall seduction process, but having a good sense of humor can be the game changer. Start with (Not making excuses), then:

Identify where your short falls are. - Do you make lame jokes that kill the mood? Do you just have no idea what to say? Are your thoughts too serious? If you're not 100% sure it's okay, but this helps for the next step;
Take comedy classes. Seriously, you will learn so much from these. You will be taught to look at things in new ways, how to analyse them too, as well as how to be non-judgmental (Also a huge plus).
Practice. Try out your funnies. Making a girl laugh hysterically will ensure she remembers you. Who has ever laughed at a genuinely funny moment and left with the thought in mind "I can't be around him because he's too funny"?

75% of laughing is social. People laugh because they're around others, not as much the content is funny.

People will laugh at your jokes more because they like you rather than they think you're super funny (it also could be both!).

It's not about being funny, it's about being edgy and sexual. Wrapping edginess and sexuality into humor makes it a lot more palatable to women.

And you don't need to be hilarious. Telling jokes doesn't make her want you. I've known professional comedians who couldn't get laid. Instead of focusing on being funny, focus on being fun. Learn how to role-play. You can take an improv class to learn the basic rules, like Yes And (agree and amplify) and other ways to play along with her.

The best way to get the quickest results is to simply learn a few cocky-funny lines or routines. 90% of the comedy most naturals use in conversation is something they've already said before. They're not coming up with something brand new. Learn a line or routine and inject it into your conversation. Get comfortable with saying edgy, funny stuff. Once you have a routine or cocky funny line down, you can use it with every girl you meet.

I'll talk about working out with a girl and then say, "Are you strong? Let me feel your muscle." I feel her bicep, which is good physical contact. Then I say, "You're pretty tough. I'm gonna hire you as my bodyguard. Girls hit on me all day. You could take them and throw them into a pile."

You also want to bust on her a lot. Again, this can be lines or routines you use. She spills her drink or does something else stupid (which girls always do) and you tell her, "I can't take you anywhere." You bust on women and they think it's funny. They laugh out loud. It's 90% asshole and 10% funny.

Lastly, once you get comfortable being 'funny' like this around women, you want to make it sexual. As a nice guy, I would always default to easy, non-sexual ways of interacting with women. Try to keep it sexual. After you say, "I can't take you anywhere," you can follow that up with, "I'm gonna pull down your pants and spank you in front of everyone here." This amps it up to a sexual level. She may not go with it or she may even get offended if you're not comfortable with this kind of stuff, but keep practicing and you get comfortable with it. That makes her comfortable with it.

It's more important to be exciting and interesting than it is to be funny.

If you can get a girl's heart racing that's a lot better than making her laugh, IMO.

Take improv comedy classes.

Funny comes from having fun and not from trying to be funny.
